PRICING & FEES

We offer competitive prices for all services we render, guided by the Ghana BAR Association approved scale of fees. For clients within Ghana, fees are always charged in Ghana Cedis as prescribed by law. International clients are however charged in United States Dollars. We are open to negotiations to ensure that we accommodate our Client's budget as much as we can, in accordance with our Customer Service Policy. Although we create boutique pricing methods to suit the type of service requested by each client, our main modes of pricing are:

  1. Fixed fees
  2. Fixed fees plus success fees (negotiations, litigation)
  3. Hourly rates (consultation, drafting and reviews, meetings, out of office engagements)
  4. Fixed fees for part of work and hourly fees for the other part
  5. Percentage rates (Insurance Claims, Debt recovery)
  6. Retainers
