Jacqueline is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Asante-Mensah & Associates. She has seven years' practice experience in Corporate and Commercial law, Banking, Mining and Construction, Insurance and private civil litigation. Prior to setting up Asante-Mensah & Associates, Jacqueline was the Acting Head, Legal and Company Secretary of OmniBSIC Bank Ghana Limited. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, an LLB from the University of London, Barrister-at-Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and is currently an LLM-International Business Law candidate with the University of Law, UK
Bridgette is a principal attorney at Asante – Mensah & Associates. She has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, corporate and commercial law, real estate acquisition and registration, title perfecting, banking, and insurance.
Bridgette has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, as well as LLB degree from the University of London, and a Barrister-at-Law (BL) Certificate from the Ghana Law School. She is pursuing LLM in International Business Lawat the Universityof Laws in the United Kingdom. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and a Supreme Court of Ghana-licensed Barrister and Solicitor
Bridgette worked as a senior associate at Korsah & Ackah@law prior to joining Asante-Mensah & Associates, where she worked on several transactions for both local and international clients.
Esther is the vibrant, welcoming frontline personnel of the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) from the Valley View University
She provides exceptional support in office management and paralegal issues. Before joining the firm, Esther worked at the National Information Technology Agency as a surveillance officer and also interned at Korsah and Ackah at Law, a law firm in Accra.
Esther is currently pursuing an LLB with the University of London, UK and the firm shall be more than excited to have her take her place as one of its distinguished attorneys when she is qualified to practice in Ghana.
Miriam is our Business Support Consultant providing finance solutions for the management of the firm. She has over fourteen years’ experience in Sage Pastel and Sage 300 Accounting, Payroll, HR and Fixed Assets set up, training, implementation and support. She also has worked with various organisations in the mining, maritime, haulage, education, pharmaceutical and product retail sectors. Miriam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the Valley View University, Ghana and an Executive Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Ghana, Legon. She is also a certified Sage 300 Payroll Consultant.
